How to track your order?

If you placed your order with a registered Áo Dài Lâm Anh account: Simply log into your account, head over to the “Orders” section, click on the order you’d like to follow, then hit “Track Order” to view your shipping status.

How long does it take to complete a custom order?

The average production time is 10–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and embroidery. A detailed timeline will be shared once your order is confirmed.

Missed Delivery – What Happens Next?

If your package is returned to us by the courier because it wasn’t collected in time, we’re truly sorry—but Áo Dài Lâm Anh is unable to automatically resend it.

You can still request a redelivery by emailing us at [email protected]

Note: A re-shipping fee will apply, which must be covered by the customer before the package can be sent again.

Can I change the address after submitting my order?

If the package has NOT be shipped it yet, we can assist you with updating your address.

Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to change the address on our end. The customer will need to contact the carrier directly. Please note that changing the address while the package is in transit may result in a longer delivery time.

How long does the shipment take to arrive?

For Domestic Orders (within Vietnam): All packages are shipped from our studio in Hà Nội. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the delivery service selected.

For International Orders: We currently do not have fixed transit time estimates available. Shipping times vary based on the destination country and selected courier.

My order was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it—what should I do?

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it yet, here’s what we recommend:

Double-check your shipping details Please verify that the shipping address you provided is correct. If any details—like apartment number, building name, or street digits—were incomplete, your package might have been delivered incorrectly. If this happens, we recommend contacting the courier directly to gather more information.

Ask your neighbors or building management Occasionally, delivery drivers may leave your package with a neighbor, front desk, or security staff if they’re unable to reach you directly. It’s worth asking around.

Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Áo Dài Lâm Anh cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or tampered parcels.

Do you offer nationwide shipping within Vietnam?

Absolutely! We provide nationwide delivery across Vietnam via trusted courier services. Rental items require a security deposit, following our store policy.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We currently ship to North America (U.S. & Canada) for both custom-made and rental products.

I am located in North America. How do I place an order and make payment?

You can order directly through our website, and our team will reach out to confirm your measurements, design details, and available payment methods (international transfer, PayPal, etc.).

Can you send me a new package if my original one is lost?

Cancellation Policy

Registered Customers If you placed your order using an Áo Dài Lâm Anh account, you may cancel it anytime before it ships through your personal account dashboard—quick and easy.

Guest Checkout If you checked out as a guest, no worries! Just contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.

Orders canceled before shipping will not be charged a delivery fee.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window: If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may submit a return request within 10 days of delivery.

Timely Shipping Required: Please ensure the return package is shipped back as soon as possible so we can process your refund on time.

Quality Check: Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 48 business hours for our team to review the item’s condition and verify that it meets our return criteria.

Refund Options: Refunds will be issued either as store credit or returned to your original payment method—typically within 72 business hours after we complete the inspection.

📌 Items returned after the 10-day window may not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

Why Was My Return Declined?

At Áo Dài Lâm Anh, each design is made with deep care and intention. Because many of our collections are limited or made-to-order, we kindly ask all customers to follow our return guidelines so we can treat everyone fairly.

🧵 We may not be able to accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn or used
  • The tag is missing or damaged
  • The product has stains, damage, or noticeable odors
  • The product was marked as a final sale
  • The freebie gift box (if included) is not returned with the item
  • Any promotional gifts or freebies from the original order are not returned

Please note: Unqualified return items cannot be resent and may be donated to local charities as part of our sustainability commitment. Thank you for understanding!

What if I received the wrong item?

At Áo Dài Lâm Anh, we want your shopping experience to feel just as graceful as your áo dài. If your package appears to be lost in transit or hasn’t arrived as expected:

Please note: This applies to verified cases of lost parcels before delivery is confirmed. We’re unable to offer free replacements for issues caused by incorrect addresses or after delivery confirmation.

If I want to exchange my order, when will the new item be shipped?

We do not offer exchanges. You can return the item for store credit and place a new order.

What payment methods can I use?

International: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay, PayPal.

Domestic (Vietnam): Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer and bank QR code payments.

How are taxes and currency calculate

Taxes are based on your delivery address. Prices and payments are shown in either

  • Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Vietnamese Dong (VND)

depending on your location.

Sizing

Can rented outfits be adjusted for a better fit?

Some styles allow for minor adjustments to ensure a better fit. For more detailed alterations, we recommend our custom tailoring service to ensure the best experience.

For each available rental item comes with a size chart to help you choose the best fit, so don’t worry!

Caring

Are rental items cleaned before delivery?

Yes, all rental garments are professionally dry-cleaned and carefully prepared before being sent out.

If you experience any issues with your rented item, please contact us right away so we can assist you promptly.

How can I wash my customize pieces?

HAND-WASH ONLY OR PROFESSIONAL DRY-CLEANING

Do not soak, machine wash, dry, or use bleach.

Air-dry the item. For pieces with rhinestones, ensure they’re fully dried after washing to prevent rust.

How can I find my order number?

After your purchase, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order number will begin with “OR-” followed by a series of digits (e.g. OR-12345678). If you need help, feel free to contact us at [email protected]

How can I know if my order was successfully placed?

You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email after your purchase.

How long can I rent an áo dài for?

Rental durations range from at least 2 to 7 days. If you require a longer period (photoshoots, extended events, etc.), please contact us for additional arrangements!

Can I try on an outfit before renting?

Yes, you can visit our Flagship store for a fitting or schedule an online video consultation if you are located remotely.

Can I place a custom áo dài order based on my measurements?

Yes! We offer made-to-measure áo dài, allowing you to customize fabric, colors, designs, and embroidery. Our team will guide you through online measurement assistance or provide in-person fitting at our Flagship store at 57 Trần Xuân Soạn, Hanoi, Vietnam.
