Return Policy

Vietnam

Purchases: Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt. A prepaid return label may be provided upon request.
Rentals: Please return within 2 days after your event using the prepaid return label included with your order (if applicable).

Canada

Purchases: Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label for Canadian addresses.
Rentals: A return shipping label will be included in your rental package.

Purchases: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Rentals: Not available in the U.S.

Free return labels are available only in Canada and Vietnam, subject to eligibility. The shipping carrier will be determined by us.

STORE CREDIT: you’ll receive the full amount as credit linked to your purchase email. Credits can only be used under the same email and are non-transferable.
ORIGINAL PAYMENT: a 10% transaction fee will be deducted.

Purchase Return Policy

We are open from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders both nationwide within Vietnam and internationally to North America (U.S. & Canada). Please read the information below for detailed timelines, fees, and shipping procedures based on your location.

1. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

Delivery Partners: We work with trusted couriers such as Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN) and Viettel Post.
Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days for ready-to-wear items. Custom orders will follow the agreed production timeline (usually 10–14 working days).
Shipping Time: 1–4 business days, depending on your location.
Rental Orders: Rental outfits are shipped 2–3 days before your scheduled usage date and must be returned as agreed. Asecurity deposit may apply.
Fee: Standard shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout based on address and weight.

2. International Shipping (U.S. & Canada)

Service Area: We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada for both purchased and custom-made items (rental service is not available outside Vietnam).

Courier: We ship via major international carriers such as DHL, UPS, or VNPost Global.

Processing Time:

Ready-to-wear items: ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders: will follow the confirmed tailoring timeline.

Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier.

Customs & Duties: Please note that recipients are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.

Fee: International shipping rates will be calculated based on destination and total weight, shown clearly at checkout.

3. Tracking & Support

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you need help locating your parcel or have a deadline to meet, don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected] — we’re here to support you.

Return Instructions

Step 1: Enter your order number (without #) and the email used for your purchase.

Step 2: Select the items and quantity you want to return. Please include all items in one request.

Step 3: Choose your return reason — your feedback helps us improve!

Step 4: Choose your refund method:

• Store Credit: Full refund as credit linked to your email (non-transferable, same email only).

• Original Payment: 10% fee deducted for bank transaction cost.

Step 5: Choose your shipping method:

• CFR Label: Free return label (US only, carrier decided by us).

• Ship on Your Own: Use any carrier and send us the tracking info.

Step 6: Please send back your items within 10 business days after the label is issued.

Return May Be Rejected If:

• Item is worn, stained, has odor, or tag is removed/damaged.

• Item is a final sale.

• Freebie box or promotional items are missing.
