  • Purchases: <\/strong>Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt. A prepaid return label may be provided upon request. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Rentals<\/strong>: Please return within 2 days after your event using the prepaid return label included with your order (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Canada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Purchases<\/strong>: Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label for Canadian addresses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Rentals<\/strong>: A return shipping label will be included in your rental package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      US<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Purchases: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Rentals: Not available in the U.S.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Free return labels are available only in Canada and Vietnam, subject to eligibility. The shipping carrier will be determined by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
