How long does it take to complete a custom order?<\/summary>\n

The average production time is 10\u201314 business days<\/strong>, depending on the complexity of the design and embroidery. A detailed timeline will be shared once your order is confirmed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Missed Delivery \u2013 What Happens Next?<\/summary>\n

If your package is returned to us by the courier because it wasn\u2019t collected in time, we\u2019re truly sorry\u2014but \u00c1o D\u00e0i L\u00e2m Anh is unable to automatically resend it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can still request a redelivery by emailing us at adlacustomers@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: A re-shipping fee will apply, which must be covered by the customer before the package can be sent again.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I change the address after submitting my order?<\/summary>\n

If the package has NOT be shipped it yet, we can assist you with updating your address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to change the address on our end. The customer will need to contact the carrier directly. Please note that changing the address while the package is in transit may result in a longer delivery time.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

For Domestic Orders (within Vietnam):<\/strong> All packages are shipped from our studio in H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i<\/strong>. Standard delivery usually takes 2\u20135 business days<\/strong>, depending on your location and the delivery service selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For International Orders:<\/strong> We currently do not have fixed transit time estimates available. Shipping times vary based on the destination country and selected courier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
